Project: High-end Coastal House

Location: Point Lonsdale, VIC

Status - construction to commence 2021

This high-end residential project in Point Lonsdale was designed by Studio A2 in consultation with the client. The client’s brief included highly customised features that would fit their change in lifestyle and desire for a quality home.

We worked closely with the client and architect, in both the Client-side Project Management and Design Management of the project. These services were delivered at the front-end of the project and led to the early identification of design and procurement efficiencies. This approach will ensure the project does not deviate from the forecast budget and timeline.

Project: Yarra Street - Commercial Office 

Location: South Yarra, VIC

Client: Jardon Group

Status - construction commenced

edifice property is adding a 16th floor to an existing and fully tenanted commercial office building in South Yarra with developer, BGH and builder, Jardon Group.

The services provided have been through the early contractor involvement (ECI), converting the ECI into a reality. We are now entering into the front-end Project Management phase with the objective of working through design and procurement issues. This has been conducted in close consultation with the owner’s corporation to minimise disruption to business as usual to future live environment works.

This project consists of six three-level townhouses in the inner north suburb of Thornbury. edifice property is working closely with builder, Jardon Group, developer, Property Collectives and Architect, Pillar+Post in both the Project Management and Design Management of the project. These services, especially those delivered in the front-end of the project will ensure any design and procurement issues are resolved, with the goal of alleviating time pressures and achieving value management objectives.

Project: Warehouse Apartment

Location: Collingwood, VIC

This high-end warehouse apartment was designed and detailed with refurbished character timber flooring, and a bespoke kitchen with Miele appliances and Signorino stone. The bathroom boasts a contemporary colour palette, enhanced by perfect symmetry and high-end finishes, including award-winning Phoenix Tapware.

The project was completed in consultation with the client and their desire for a highly customised project.

Olderfleet - 477 Collins

$800M 40-storey premium-grade office tower developed by Mirvac and designed by Grimshaw Architects & Carr Interiors. With 58,000m2 of state-of-the-art workspace constructed behind the historic facade of the Olderfleet Buildings. The building brings together the latest designs in technology, amenities, wellness and sustainability.

HCCEP Prison Ararat

$180M public/ private partnership (PPP) project taken over from a failed JV, working closely with the Department of Justice. The project was built by Multiplex, and included the construction of a new medical centre, visitor centre, recreation centre, education and industrial centres along with a new gatehouse, ministrative and support spaces.

The Eastbourne

$460M premium residential and commercial mixed-use development by Mirvac and designed by Bates Smart akin to a five-star hotel. Each apartment highly customised and luxurious amenities including a pool, spa and steam room; gymnasium; yoga room; private lounges with fireplaces; wine cellar; bookable dining room, kitchen and theatre room.

The Learning Hub – Adelaide University

$42M award-winning Learning Hub designed by Hassell and built by Lend Lease, located in the heart of the University of Adelaide's North Terrace Campus. It provides the university with a flexible, functional and secure space with updated library research facilities, formal and informal study spaces, student services and retail to support students and academic staff in meeting their needs.

Bunjil Place

$125M multipurpose arts, civic and community facility designed by Francis-Jones Moreham Thorp (fjmt) and built by Multiplex for the City of Casey. This award-winning project features a complex timber gridshell engineered & manufactured in Germany at Hess. The precinct holds a library, 800-seat theatre, events and meeting spaces, council offices, an art gallery, and an outdoor plaza.

HNA Defence Base Edinburgh

$480M complex broadacre project built by Lend Lease in a functioning defence base. This project required the delivery of 56 individual buildings providing working accommodation, administration support, training, maintenance and storage facilities for the 7th Battalion Royal Australian Regiment (7RAR) to move from Darwin to Edinburgh Defence Precinct.

Platinum Tower

$125M 53 level apartment tower developed by Salvo and built by Multiplex located on City Road Southbank, in the heart of the Crown Precinct. Incorporating 437 apartments and expansive private facilities including pool, spa, sauna and gym.
